Jamsil Water Reservior has been left as empty space as its renovation plan to be social housing has been stopped by opposition from nearby residents. This project proposes to integrate social housing district and public cultural space focusing on the life of artists and the youth on urban scale. While creating sustainable living and financial condition for artists, the project suggests how to improve cultural accessibility of citizens through establishing cultural complex with artists.
